Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") establish the conditions for using Sake & Wine (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Users are expected to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The App is intended only for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. Use by individuals under the legal drinking age is prohibited.

By downloading or using the App, users represent that they are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:

1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Activities related to criminal acts
3. Activities that destroy or interfere with the App's server or network functions
4. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
5. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
6. Impersonating other users
7. Activities that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the App
8. Activities that promote drunk driving
9. Activities that encourage underage drinking
10. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the developer

Article 4 (Service Suspension)

The developer may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice to users if any of the following circumstances are determined to exist:

1. When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system related to the App
2. When provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
4. In any other cases where the developer determines that provision of the App is difficult

Article 5 (Copyright)

Users may only post or save text, images, and other information through the App for which they hold the necessary intellectual property rights, including copyrights, or for which they have obtained permission from the rights holders.

Copyrights for text, images, and other content posted or saved by users through the App shall remain with the respective users and existing rights holders.

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

The developer does not expressly or implicitly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.).

The developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the App.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)

The developer may change the content of the App or discontinue provision of the App without notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The developer may change these Terms at any time without notice to users if deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the App or the website operated by the developer.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information obtained through use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the developer's place of business.
